MultiYAI provides digital access. Completed subscription payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, except where required by law.

Digital access nature

No physical goods are shipped. Access may begin immediately after activation.

Situations we may review

Duplicate charges, incorrect charges, verified technical access failures, or unauthorized transactions confirmed by the payment processor.

Refund request window

Send requests within 7 days to billing@multiyai.xyz.

Processing time

Approved refunds may take several business days.

Cancellation

Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically refund the active period.
